Dowload a Pledge Form Click here to download a form to help keep track of your donations		Pre-Register Online today! Click here to go to the walk registration page. Input your personal and pledge information. When you arrive at the walk, visit the pre-registered table to drop off your pledge form.

Get Sponsors Ask your friends, family, and neighbors to sponsor you on the walk by being one of your pledges. Record the info on your pledge sheet. Or, write a check for your own donation. Pledges are not required to participate, though a minimum of a $10 donation is suggested to take part in the walks. Walkers with $25 or more in pledges will receive a FREE t-shirt. Teams with $300 or more in pledges will recieve special recognition and a Gift Program donation in their name.

Register On-line or at the Event Once you've secured and recorded your pledges, you can preregister online by clicking here. Bring your completed pledge form and donations to the registration table before the walk. If you prefer, registration will also be taking place at St. Patrick's Park prior to the walks.
